You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
By submitting information, photos, X-rays, or other content:

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH GRINBLISS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
