IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PLATFORM

This document explains important information about using GRINBLISS and the risks associated with dental tourism. By using this platform to find dental clinics in Mexico, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these terms.

VALIDATION PHASE NOTICE

GRINBLISS is currently in validation phase. We are testing our verification system with our Founding 10 Program (first 10 clinics receive lifetime free services). We are not yet a registered legal entity (Wyoming LLC pending). Our processes and platform may change as we learn and improve.

SECTION 1: WHAT GRINBLISS IS AND IS NOT

GRINBLISS IS:
• A dental clinic directory platform in validation phase
• A verification service that confirms Mexican clinics have documentation from Mexican authorities
• An informational resource about dental tourism in Mexico
• A platform that connects patients with independently operated dental clinics

GRINBLISS IS NOT:
• A medical or dental service provider
• A travel agency or booking service
• A medical tourism facilitator or coordinator
• A health authority or regulatory agency
• COFEPRIS, SAT, municipalities, or any Mexican authority
• An insurance provider or payment processor
• A guarantor of treatment quality or outcomes

SECTION 2: WHAT “VERIFIED BY GRINBLISS” MEANS

When you see a clinic marked “Verified by GRINBLISS,” it means:

✓ The clinic submitted documents from Mexican authorities (COFEPRIS, municipalities, SEP, etc.)
✓ We confirmed professional licenses exist in public systems at time of verification
✓ The clinic had current professional liability insurance at time of verification
✓ The clinic had legal medical waste handling contract at time of verification
✓ Our Council Dental Advisors (experienced Mexican dental professionals) reviewed the clinic
✓ Documentation was verified at a specific point in time

VERIFICATION DOES NOT MEAN:
✗ We guarantee quality of dental work
✗ We guarantee patient satisfaction or treatment outcomes
✗ We monitor clinics continuously or in real-time
✗ We observe treatments or patient care
✗ We guarantee future performance
✗ We certify the clinic is “the best” choice for you
✗ We assume any liability for services provided

IMPORTANT: Verification is based on documents submitted at a point in time. We require annual re-verification, but conditions can change between verifications.

SECTION 3: RISKS OF DENTAL TOURISM

By using this platform to find dental care in Mexico, you acknowledge understanding of the following risks:

QUALITY OF CARE RISKS:
• Healthcare standards vary between countries and clinics

FOLLOW-UP CARE RISKS:
• Dental procedures often require multiple appointments
• Follow-up care may be difficult or impossible once you return home
• Complications may arise after you’ve left Mexico
• Finding a local dentist willing to correct another dentist’s work can be difficult and expensive
• You may need to return to Mexico for follow-up, incurring additional travel costs
• Continuity of care with your regular dentist may be disrupted

LEGAL AND REGULATORY RISKS:
• Legal recourse options differ significantly between countries
• Obtaining compensation for negligent care may be difficult, costly, or impossible
• You may need to pursue legal action in Mexican courts under Mexican law
