• Is shared with clinics only in anonymized form until you authorize a direct introduction. 

• Is used solely to facilitate your clinic match — not for marketing or secondary purposes. 

• Does not make Grinbliss a covered entity under HIPAA, as we do not provide healthcare services or maintain records on behalf of healthcare providers. 

5. Third-Party Clinical Information

Clinic profiles, treatment descriptions, and any clinical information provided by clinics in the Grinbliss network is provided by those clinics and represents their own representations. Grinbliss: 

• Does not independently verify the clinical accuracy of information provided by clinics. 

• Does not endorse any specific treatment approach, material, or clinical technique described by clinics. 

• Is not responsible for changes to a clinic’s services, pricing, or staff after information was collected. 

6. Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a dental or medical emergency, do not contact Grinbliss. Please contact emergency services (911 in the US/Canada) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. 

Grinbliss does not provide emergency dental care, emergency medical consultation, or after-hours clinical support of any kind.
